I wrote most of these items. My favorite fake book was Crad Kilodney's This One's Gonna Sell Big, a book about self fulfilling prophesies. Terry wrote the description for the bible. "…too much dialogue in the second half." Giggle.

I remember I laid it out on the flat and went to the washroom. When I came back into The Lance's offices, Martin Deck was reading my best seller list and laughing madly to himself. "These are fantastic," he commented. "Who wrote them?"

"I did," I meekly responded.
